Jess Franco's seventh film was EL DESTIERRO DEL CID aka THE BANISHMENT OF CID, again this was a short documentry based on texts from the 'Poema del Mio Cid', written by Javier Roy, music by Isidro B. Maiztegui, released by Alamo Films and starring Valeriano Andre, Francisco Arenzana and Celia Onrubio as the Voices. The film runs for 15 mins and was made in colour.
